Nominée meilleure athlète féminine 2014 par Mud Run Guide, Hélène est 2ème au Canada sur le classement Spartan Race et 16e aux États-Unis (1ère non Américaine!) avec 18 podiums (4 première place, 6 deuxième place et 8 troisième place) sur 26 compétitions dans 3 pays: Canada, États-Unis et France.

Avec sa 2ème place sur l’Ultra Beast de Killington VT, elle est est la 1ère femme à avoir complété l’Ultra Beast Spartan Race ET avoir couru la journée précédente la Beast du World Championship. Avec ses performances en France, elle est la 1ère personne de toute l’histoire de Spartan Race à compléter une Trifecta en moins de 48 heures ET être présente sur les 3 podiums. Hélène a également remportée la 3ème place aux trois compétitions ‘’Master of the Rig’’ créées par Platinum Rig.

2015 sera rempli de compétitions et défis de plus grande envergure sous tous les aspects. Le thème principal sera l’endurance physique et mentale.

Née prématurément de 2 mois en 1980, Hélène a défié les probabilités retournant aujourd’hui ce combat pour sa survie en un mode de vie.

Nominated Best Female Athlete 2014 by Mud Run Guide, Helene became 2nd in Canada on the Spartan Race Ranking and 16th in the United States with 18 podiums over 26 races in Canada, USA and France. Her 2nd place at the Ultra Beast Killington made her the 1st female to complete the Ultra Beast AND to have ran the Beast the day before. With her performances in France, she is the 1st person ever to complete a Spartan Race Trifecta in one weekend AND get on the 3 podiums. She also placed 3rd in all three ''Master of the Rig'' contest designed by Platinum Rig.

In 2015 she really raised the bar regarding endurance. She became first woman to cross the entire Koolau Summit Ridge in Hawaii, in self-sufficiency. She later won the 125k Ultra Trail Harricana and became the first woman to run, self-supported, the 250 miles route of the “Cross Florida Individual Time Trial”.

In 2016 she became the 1st and only woman to ever complete the Survival Run in Nicaragua, in four years of operation. She also became the 1st and only woman to ever complete the Devil’s Double challenge, which consist of completing the Survival AND the 100k ultra race only two days after, where she took 2nd place.

Born two months premature in 1980, she defied the odds and turned that spirit of survival into a lifestyle.
