With over 20 years of training experience in several MMA disciplines, Yoni has fought in many tournaments. Born in Moscow, Russia, he is a seven-time Tae Kwon Do Quebec champion and has won several other competitions. He has been a World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship medalist, a provincial and national champion in Greco-Roman wrestling and the North American Abu Dhabi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu trials champion. After helping many fighters reaching their goals as their trainer and mentor, Yoni Sherbatov is now stepping back in the ring and the cage to fight.
